Fuzzy Buns Rabbits is a "closed" rabbit facility, meaning we are not open to the public due to security, liability, health, and safety reasons. We are by appointment only. Please no drop-ins. Schedule your appointment as soon as possible, since slots fill up fast!
Reservations and Deposits
Please be aware that if you express interest in a Fuzzy Buns rabbit, we cannot place it on hold for you unless a full payment or a minimum 50% deposit has been made. For your convenience, you can make full or partial payments through PayPal, Facebook, VenMo, or Cash App. We also accept all major credit and debit cards both online and in-person. Please note that a 2.9% fee + $0.30 will be added to PayPal transactions to cover merchant fees for both our protection and yours (unless you choose to forgo PayPal Protections and pay via the Friends and Family option). We will also do charge 2.75% of the transaction if you ask us to swipe your card with our card reader. Thank you for understanding! We DO NOT accept personal checks or money orders...And of course, cash is always welcome!
Once a bunny has had a 50% deposit or full payment, we will place it on hold and not give it to anyone else until the mutually agreed pick up time and date. The remaining value of the rabbit is due by pick-up. No animals will be released from Fuzzy Buns until the entire price of the rabbit has been paid. If you are more than 15 minutes late, miss your designated pick-up, do not contact us, or make alternate arrangements, we will only hold a rabbit for 7 days before it is made available again (this includes weekends and holidays).

What You Need to Know When You Get a Fuzzy Buns Rabbit...
Please remember, by getting an animal from us, you agree to all the above and the following:
- Due to the unpredictable nature of having animals, we do not guarantee free replacements, exchanges, or refunds if a rabbit escapes from your care, if you change your mind, you no longer can keep a rabbit, if it’s injured in your care, and in the event of illness or death.
- We do our best to provide those seeking to adopt from Fuzzy Buns with healthy rabbits to the best of our knowledge and cannot pay for veterinary bills in the event of injury, illness, or death once a rabbit leaves our care.
- Fuzzy Buns offers rescue and re-homing services and will disclose long and short term concerns to the best of our knowledge should we have any special needs animals available for adoption. We cannot pay for the additional costs that may arise with rabbits in need of specialized care.
- While we do our best to correctly determine the sex of our rabbits, mistakes are possible. We do not guarantee the sex of any bunny once ownership is transferred. It is up to the adopter to verify if the sex of an animal.
- Our bunnies are not neutered or spayed unless otherwise indicated. We cannot guarantee the prevention of "accidental" litters should you choose to house a sexually mature rabbits of the opposite sex with each other. If we have an unaltered bunny you wish for us to neuter on your behalf, we ask for an added $60 to offset the time and cost it will take for the procedure.
- If you obtain a rabbit from Fuzzy Buns Rabbits with the intent of providing it as a companion to another, we cannot guarantee that they will become bonded if you choose to house them together. We also are unable to guarantee they will get along with other existing pets or household members and cannot provide refunds.
- While we do our best to determine if our rabbits are show or brood quality, we are unable to assure show wins or awards, nor will not be disqualified if obtained for the purpose of showing. We also cannot guarantee any animals obtained from us will provide offspring if you wish to breed them.
- We reserve the right to cancel any adoptions or transactions for any reason.
- Please choose the rabbit(s) you wish to get carefully. All deposits or full are non-refundable. Should any unexpected injuries, illnesses, or deaths occur with an animal that has been reserved for you before it is released into your care, we will offer you the option to choose from any of our other comparable animals that are available at the time.
- All pricing and policies are set at our discretion.
- We will not tolerate any rude, threatening, abusive behavior, nor any attempts to cheat or slander us.
- We will only hold rabbits that have been paid in full for up to 2 weeks at no extra charge. A $10 per week fee will be added for any additional time thereafter.
- We require each person adopting an animal from us to initial and sign a written agreement.
- If for any reason at all, in the course of your bunny ownership you cannot keep your rabbit, please contact us and do not release into the wild. In the event that this occurs, we do not issue refunds. Please provide the following password to indicate you have read these policies: WeLoveFuzzyBuns.
